"The Melinda Bow is named for Melinda Wichern. On May 7, 2014, life for Janet and Jason Wichern changed when they welcomed their firstborn and only child into the world. Melinda Janet Wichern brought joy and immeasurable happiness to their lives and made their world complete. Melinda was a smiley and happy baby who never met a stranger she couldn’t win over with her beautiful and ever present smile. Sadly, life changed again on December 16, 2015 when Melinda died unexpectedly at home, diagnosed as Sudden Unexpected Death in Children (SUDC).
The proceeds of The Melinda Bow will go toward Melinda's Memorial Fund with the SUDC Foundation. To learn more about the foundation, visit sudc.org.
Bow Wraps available in 3 sizes:
- Newborn-3 months 12"
- Baby 4-12 months 14"
- Toddler/Child 16”
Nylon band option will fit NB and then stretch up to Toddler/Kid size. They also can be wrapped around a ponytail a couple times for the older girls!! Bow measures 4.5”
These come pre-tied and can be untied to adjust the fit. All wraps are handmade. No two wraps are exactly the same
Adult Wraps are one-size-fits-all and the same stretchy material as our children's bows.
