Maddie's Holiday Bow is a special bow we launch each year in Maddie's name. Each year, we plan to donate the proceeds of the Maddie Holiday bow to a cause that is close to our hearts. This year, the proceeds will go to a local Colorado family, fighting the unimaginable and brave battle against childhood cancer. While we normally support girls, because of bows, we are honored to be able to support a very sweet little boy through our holiday bow.
Kamden was like any other five year old boy. He had just started playing t-ball and was heading to kindergarten. Kamden was admitted into Children's Hospital after he began stumbling and complaining of a heavy head. His MRI revealed a lemon-sized tumor in his brain. Kamden has undergone many difficult medical procedures this year, including brain surgery which he lost his ability to speak and lift his head temporarily. He has had to work harder than many of us will in our entire lives, at just five years old, regaining his ability to speak and walk. Kamden is a mighty warrior, and works so hard every day to beat childhood cancer.
